    Guest‑X is a web‑based concierge that lets you access personalized hotel and local information, powered by AI, directly from your own device.
     

  2. How do I access Guest‑X?
    Simply scan the QR code shown on your in‑room TV screen (or tap the NFC tag) with your smartphone camera. The portal opens instantly—no app downloads or logins required.
     

  3. Which languages does Guest‑X support?
    Guest‑X currently supports the following languages:
    • English
    • Traditional Chinese (繁體中文)
    • Simplified Chinese (简体中文)
    • Japanese (日本語)
    • Korean (한국어)

    Additional languages are planned for future releases.
     

  4. Do I need to create an account?
    No. When you scan the in‑room QR code, Guest‑X automatically links to your reservation and room number, so you’re recognized right away—no manual pairing or sign‑up required.
     

  5. What devices are supported?
    Guest‑X is a web‑app, so any modern smartphone, tablet, laptop, or even smart TV with a web browser can open it. The UI is fully responsive and automatically adjusts to different screen sizes and orientations for a seamless experience.
     

  6. Is Guest‑X secure?
    All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Your personal data is used only to enhance your stay and is deleted shortly after checkout.
     

  7. Can Guest‑X make restaurant or activity bookings for me?
    Yes—once the hotel’s reservation or POS system is integrated with Guest‑X, you can tap “Book” next to any experience, select your preferred time and party size, and the request is processed instantly. If integration is not yet available, your booking request will be forwarded to the concierge team for manual confirmation.
     

  8. Can Guest‑X help me find nearby restaurants and attractions?
    Absolutely. Just ask in the chat—for example, type “sushi near me” or “family‑friendly museums.” Guest‑X combines your location with curated listings to recommend dining, entertainment, and sightseeing options, complete with distance, opening hours, user ratings, and one‑tap directions.
     

  9. Can Guest‑X show the current status and availability of hotel facilities?
    Yes—when the Property Management System (PMS) or other hotel‑management system is integrated with Guest‑X, you can view live status and capacity details for amenities such as the pool, gym, spa, or restaurants. If a facility supports reservations, you can book a time slot directly in the portal.
     

  10. Can I request services like room service or housekeeping through Guest‑X?
    Yes—just type requests such as “extra towels,” “room service menu,” or “make up my room at 3 PM” in the chat. The AI captures the details and automatically creates a service ticket. On the staff side, the Guest‑X Admin Dashboard displays each request in real time, with push notifications, status tracking, and analytics so management can monitor response times and guest satisfaction.
     

  11. What if I need more help?
    Use the in‑portal chat or dial the front‑desk number shown at the top of the FAQ. Our concierge team is available 24/7.
